Just try resubmitting the information a second time after it has been denied and I bet it will go through. I had the same problem using my card for gems but worked when I resubmitted.

I just went and checked with my bank about my debit card. Everything with the card is fine, they even show me the 5 purchases i made before the problem occurred. So my debit card is completely normal

what should i ask my bank so they understand to help me out

I forgot to add it my debit card, not credit. Do i need to go to the bank to check with them ?

I had bought gem before with my credit card. But today when i tried to buy more gem with the same car. It said card approval failed! and i need to confirm my identify before addition purchases. Please help me!
