i dont care about my fps you know? because drops like 8fps – 10fps, its not much
but the delay on my mouse and the TERRIBLE stuttering… that i cant handle
terrain and sky it is!

but i want to know, its really complicated to do reflexes of everything on liquids engine or something like that?

First things first my spec
core i5 3570k @ 4.1 Ghz / 1.1v
g-skill ripjaws ddr 1600 2×4 gb cl9 x
asrock pro4
msi gtx 570 twin frozr iii pe @ 920/2000

when i put REFLECTIONS to ALL i fell my mouse waaay more delayed to make regular movements and i fell A LOT of stuttering, mainly when i just load some map, i have to turn around and make 360º with my mouse about two or three times to load everything on the map and stop stuttering, that sucks… a lot

i dont have problems on my fps, i ever think its to low for my rig but i will wait a future optimization
pve: min 60 fps – max 140 fps
pvp: min 40 fps – max 90/100 fps
wvw: min 22 fps – max 80/90 fps(lol, i never enter in that kitten)

everything is on High, my shadows are on High, LOD on Ultra/ Native renderization/ vertical sync OFF, no fps limiter, on 1080p, 16xaf forced on driver

so, try to explain this to me guys

just open ur options menu on a huge battle in WvW and take a printscreen(press printscreen key on ur keyboard)

90 FPS on a WvW battle with GTX 560 TI hahahahahahhahahahahaha
as you can see guys, we have a GTX 560 TI better than a HD 7970 and a GTX 670
that is normal, happens all the time, maybe its a sucessful overclock

So it seems I’m not the only one with this problem. I’ll update the OP as soon as my dad (sounds very kiddy-like lmao) gets home. He’ll know where to find my system specs. But I did manage to find the specs of my processor

Processor: Intel® Core™ 2 Duo CPU E6850 @ 3.00 GHz

Lol. Because specs do matter. If they are having problems running the game because they are on a pentium 2 with a voodoo xtreme graphics card then do specs matter or is it just the game that sucks?

i see with my on eyes guys playing GW2 with 40 FPS on a HD 4870 and a 60 FPS on a HD 4890, AND do 15 FPS on a GTX 680/70 and HD 6970

It is obvious you guys dont know what are you talking about. Its more than clear has something wrong, my CPU USAGE is 20%, 20%!
So, you guys want to tell me if my Core i5 have a 90% CPU USAGE my fps will not increase?
And only this week, at the SAME spot, i already get 45 FPS, 35FPS and now 27FPS. So, this is normal? My video card is ruining continuously in one week?

And with this LOW END GPU i can play Skyrim on ULTRA 1080P, BF 3 on ULTRA with FXAA and ambient occlusion, Lineage 2 and World of Warcraft with all max, Splinter Cell Conviction, and other games.
Only Guild Wars 2 i cant with decent FPS.

I’m not going to play Guild Wars 2 while this ridiculous issue is not resolved. I spent 54,00 euros on this game and i’m not enjoying it. I’m not having a satisfactory experience.

CPU usage ranges from 20% to 50% (max).
The percentage varies every second, even if I am with the camera still staring at a fixed point. COMPLETELY UNSTABLE.
