Missing Fractal Weapon Skins in Collection

Anyone else had an issue with fractal weapon skins not registering in the collection? I have 4 skins that are not reflected and have event tried to purchase one again with pristine relics with no luck. I have submitted two bug reports with no luck or even a response. Any advice would be appreciated.
