ANet…don’t listen to the haters. Please keep up the good work. I intimately know what it takes to pull off something like this, and think you guys should be commended for even trying it. I had an absolute blast, and please pass on to your art & design teams that my guild and I were blown away by the new island…truly amazing stuff.

(FYI…no one in our guild got precursers…I’m thinking the numbers of ppl who received them are extremely exaggerated and overblown)

I’m talking about the final event from last night that a lot of people missed.

Oh, the one that was advertised for weeks before hand that it would be a one time event?

And Tyria was changed, as has been stated many times on the forums. (The zone wasn’t there before the event and is there now….Change!) I’m sorry that they didn’t produce a before, during and after version of the zone, with a “Sims” like feel that you could interact with and determine exactly how you wanted it to play out.

Maybe this just isn’t the game for you.

Is any of this reflected in game? Karka are still at large and there’s no sign of the consortium doing anything there.

The Consortium IS there…they have a few locations where they’re pimping it out as a vacation resort….why not go check it out for yourself?

I’m there right now and I’m quite sure everything looks the same as it did before the event…

There was plenty added. Not to mention the fact that this is on the heels of a great Halloween event that added content as well.

Oh, and btw, you paid zero for this additional content.

…and the game has only been out less than 2 months.

Did you actually check out the new zone? I’m quite frankly amazed they were able to put out such a quality zone in such a short amount of time. It’s amazingly gorgeous. Their art and design teams need a freaking medal for being able to pull it off.

I don’t know why this ungrateful and gimme gimme attitude is so pervasive…if you really are so unhappy and jaded, why hang around?

Kudos ANet…despite the rough issues through phase 1 & 2, phase 3 was a blast and the content looks great. Here’s to many more events in the future.

That did it. Thanks! I’d honestly never noticed the limitation before, probably as I sort my loot into the other bags for storing, and sell out of the main bag.

Nah….you can see in the screenshot that they’re in a reg 10 slot box. They were initially placed into an invis bag on loot, but I’ve moved them around, so shouldn’t be an issue, but maybe part of the bug. I dunno….I’ve logged off, loaded other chars, ran the game as admin, removed my switch that I still had in place for the FoV beta..lol…nothing is working.

They DO show up in the item list for the mysic forge, which is odd. I’m thinking they’re somehow tagged as being soulboud / account bound when they shouldn’t be.

The 4 items that I received from the event (Not the stuff that was in the ancient chest that was looted) aren’t showing up for vendors or to be sold on the TP.

I’ve attached kitten the last 4 items in the next to last row are what I received (the shells is just a reg item) but none of them show up for regular vendors or the TP….anyone else getting this? Am I missing something? They’re not soulbound or account bound so I don’t get it? Help?

Not sure if already reported…searched for it, but didn’t find anything:

BUG (non critical):
Ring Of Fire tooltip, while wielding conjured Flame Axe, doesn’t state that it’s a combo field, when it is.

Also, the complete name of the Axe is clipped, just says “Conjured Flame” while on the ground.

So, no one has a problem when searching for something with more than a page full of results and not seeing them all, and / or not being able to go the next page?

2 things here:

1) If do a search from the main forum page, on Red Alert, for example. The top of the response page says there are 69 results, but I’m only able to see about 20 of them. There is no next page or anything to continue reading the rest of the posts.

2) On the first page of the Game Bugs forum, there is a post for Red Alert, and people not receiving the proper reward for the quest. When I search Red Alert, I get results for other posts, but that one doesn’t show up at all, and it’s about 6 days old, so I would imagine it’s been indexed by now.

I tried this using I.E.9 and Chrome….same deal both ways.

Anyone know what’s up?
