I highly doubt you have enough copper at lvl 15 where buying lumps of tin would be too expensive. Lumps of tin come in stacks of 10? i believe and you turn those into bronze ingots. Shouldnt be too expensive. But with that said don’t expect your crafted items to keep pace with your character level.
