Hello dearest travelers of Tyria!

Exploring the great, wide world of Tyria can get a little lonely at times. On those cold, weary nights do you ever pause amidst the bloodshed and carnage and think “I wish I could share this moment with someone”? Perhaps it’s time to find that special place in the world where you can share your amazing personality with the rest of us.
The Blackened Crown is a newly formed guild, whose home is within the Tarnished Coast server. However, everyone is perfectly welcome to join us regardless of server, experience, or any other factors. We are a very friendly community (though very small at the moment due to our recent creation) and are searching for both new and old players alike to join our ranks and contribute to the growth and prosperity of our fledgling guild.

We plan to participate in everything that Guild Wars has to offer us. As a casual guild our members will never be forced or even expected to participate in everything we do, though we most certainly hope you will join in on the fun as we face dungeons and world bosses, and possibly fail miserably in the process, but laugh it off in the end. Our guild believes that this is a game and it should be a fun and relaxing experience. You will never be cast aside because you aren’t as skilled as the rest or have a certain play style. We are here to help you and hopefully you, as well, will be able to help someone else who is struggling.

We have welcomed several new members to our fold. Will you be next?

Perhaps you would be interested in joining The Blackened Crown! We are a fairly new guild so we are still very small, with only a hand full of members. Though there are only a few of us we are fairly active and once our numbers begin to improve we will begin tackling anything the game has to offer! We are very casual and non-dramatic, accepting people for who they are (because differences only make people more interesting, right?). As a guild we aren’t very picky about experience or play time. We just want to provide an enjoyable experience for the players by creating a fun community you can be yourself in. Plus, since there are only a handful of members at the moment, you will never blend into the crowd and can even help to build the guild into something grand along with the rest of us, if you wish!

If you believe we are a good fit for you and even your friends who are new to the game, please feel free to message me in game and we’ll take it from there! If not, I hope you find a guild that’s right for you, regardless.

I’ve been playing for a while-ish and have mostly done so solo. I generally prefer the freedom of playing solo but long nights traveling across Tyria can get kind of lonely I suppose. I guess I’m looking for a casual guild that dabbles in a bit of everything the game has to offer. I haven’t really participated in WvW stuff or really any pvp in this game, but I’d like to give it a try if I find a nice group to tag along and work with. I’m open to any guild type as long as the community has a fun and carefree atmosphere. In the end, that’s what guilds are about aren’t they? Joining together to have fun and kill some beasties…or other players. In case it matters, I’m on Tarnished Coast and my main character is an Elemntalist, though I am branching out with a few alts I’m working on also. Hope to hear from ya soon!
