I have yet to recieve my chest ingame, and I’ve participated in the full duration of the event. From Day 1 ~ Day 3.
Would it be best advised that I contact support? Or is the distribution ongoing? I hope this works out for me soon, because a few of my friends have recieved extra chests out of the blue, yet there was nothing for me.

Unless you’re running MF , the likelihood of getting rare loots are rather slim in time vs. reward situation. even if you would have ran MF, this would merely appear as counterproductive as you’re providing less for your team. Most of the goodies you get are straight from the stage chests; this includes the fotm weapon skins from daily chests on lv 20+.

I wanna say otherwise, got about 6 powerful bloods in less than 40 mins killing the young karkas. Was’nt on full MF either, only had sigil stacks + MF food.
This better be addressed in some way, it’s clear that a huge portion of the playerbase has been affected already.
There is absolutely no reason to waste a good 5~10 minutes on Kholer whereas you could have ended up by the scepter searching chamber, or have finished the flooded chamber challenge. People create speed runs group for a reason, these contents are simply not rewarding enough, and time consuming. We are given to option to skip, so why not? Heck, the group that I usually run with skip Queen > Kholer and proceed normally with the rest of the dungeon, it works totally fine.
To be precise, iSwordsmen has a CD of around 8s, when coupled with the Blade Training trait and Illusionist Celebrity , and is perhaps the few phantasms that had their CDs untouched from the latest mesmer nerf.
From what I’ve noticed, iSwordsman has a slightly faster attack sequence then their counterpart phantasms. Pure speculation, but I often prefer S/S over S/P in quick, short fights. ; the counter also has a secondary attack that dazes foes in a line, which is feastable in practice. The block really shines when up against bosses such as Lupi and Alpha.
My take is that mantra builds are extremely situational, and thus you should not be utilizing them under certain circumstances unless you are to provide optimal support to your team, assuming you run in a group. For soloing, it is not recommended at all.
In my case, I run a mix between direct dps + survival + shatters/mantras and I switch according to what I need.
Blink with the trait Far Manipulation ( in dueling tree) boosts the skill’s initial range to 1200, use it along with focus occasionally and you should’nt have too harsh of a time moving around.
@Kuro how do you have those stats such as 3.5k power/61% crit rate/110 crit dmg? I am full berserker weapon/armor/trinkets and superior runes of divinity doing a 20/20/0/0/30 build and have around 2.2k power/ 49% crit chance/93% crit dmg
I might have gotten attack mixed up with power, my bad. will come back at you for that.
I utilize full set of ruby orbs for my attachments instead of divinity, ever since they nerfed them. Much more efficient imo.

I run full zerker dps Mesmer, with s/s > GS setup, occasionally switching between focus and pistol to adapt to certain boss fights. This build of mine also has built-in mantras traits to yield me additional dps at a cost of survivability , though I rarely change now and then only for some stationary bosses like Mark X golem in CoE ; 30 domination 30 dueling 10 illusions, I play straight up offensive.
I also must concur that zerker perhaps way superior in terms of direct damage. Like Quex said, this numbers dramatically increases in WvW. I’m currently not fully on exotics ( lacking one piece ) , but my stats cap at around 3.45k power / 61% crit rate / 110% critical damage. That’s easily 3k~5k autos from GS autos on paper thin targets.
The various type of core/lodestones that drop in specific dungeons tend to go for high. In particularly, charged core/lodestones that show up in CoE, a good 1g per core and 2.5g per lodestone. added along with the fact that you get other potent drops from trash mobs and 26s from the dungeon reward itself + karma. In the case of AC, the final boss would always drop 15~16s on TOP of the dungeon reward, so no, the rewards are absolutely fine.
In the last couple days of farming MK, I had my good days and bad days.
1st day : 100+ MK runs with little more than 1~2 exotics
2nd day: 50~70 MK runs, 2~3 exotics along with an one that had traveler rune attached
3rd day: 100+ MK runs, got The Crossing + The Mad Moon and Recipe: Gift of the Spiders + 1~2 exotics
The key to grinding is always to have a positive mindset, you may never know when that next run would yield you that legendary halloween item. So how about quit the whining here, and play just a few more MK runs? ^^ Honestly, you should’nt just expect to be spoon fed in every way to be able to enjoy game content. Sure you pay for this game called GW2 that you expect less grindfest, but you need give out that 50/50 effort. If you wanna be rewarded, it’s always that golden MMO rule : Pay with time, or pay with money. =) As a MMO player whom has much experience with KRMMOs, I can say this game gives you alot more breathing space when it comes to RNG.

This is why it’s always a good idea to have a Mesmer in your group to offer portals for easier, and less problematic runs.
Idea is to have the mesmer advance ahead of time when the boss is close to porting, then once MK spawns you port the entire party to the next battlegrounds.
I’ve just ordered 20g worth of custom orders and never recieved my transcation confirmation, although it indicated “success” right afterwards. I hope it’s just a mere bug =)

As the screenie clearly shows, I only recieved 6 tokens for this particular CoF run. What’s up with that Anet? I suspect this is from the MK DR since I attempted the dungeon directly after MK.
So I just made a custom order of 20g on certain items, and this never appeared in my transaction list? :/ it’s been 15 mins I have yet to recieve any updates please help
Just be glad that they’ve actually made an effort to address a decline in the number of grinds for dungeoning. Bare in mind that before the major patches, you’ve had 20 tokens per run which took about 3x the effort that you’re exerting right now.

As title says, it would be nice if we could get a fix for this ASAP.
The skill doesn’t seem to apply the vulnerability (10s) when I cast it on a foe, but the protection does trigger when I go within the skill’s AoE.
EDIT: it seems to work only 30% of the time, I don’t know if it’s just mere spacing that’s causing this issue but I would like a clarification.
