Out of DB’s population I think like 4 people read the forums. We hardly post from what I can tell lol/

Combine all the maps and double the size. Make it open PvP instead of server based. Each guild can create their own city/keep. Declare war by dropping your statue on the guild you wish.

Cities/keeps take months/years to upgrade and create. For example 1 million mithril bars for tier 2 walls. 1 million ancient planks for tier 3 buildings and such. Do not make it easy at all.

This bolsters your PvE content and turns it to a PvP focus which lets be honest is the end game. Good for casuals and for hardcore. Have rich nodes or mining areas throughout the PvP map so small groups can fight and scrap over them. This promotes small scale PvP as well as guild vs guild.

So much more you could do too

Spies are not something you use only when you’re losing. While the majority of our mumble community frowns upon it, it’s a valid tactic regardless of what place you’re in. We’ve been spied on numerous times, and yes, even while losing. We know what to say when we want to keep something secret, we know who to PM and talk to when we’re on a secret mission.

Honestly, at this point, I would guess the spies are there out of boredom. If anyone really cared to resort to spies to win even harder, then they’re the 1%.

GOON does not outnumber you. Don’t lie. It’s not hard to know what to hit when it’s the ONLY thing on the map with swords. We also have roamers and scouts everywhere and we communicate to each other when we find enemies. Shocking, I know.

I’m not saying GOON outnumbers us, but you guys were there. Also to have a 90% accuracy to know where we built everything and for 90% of your people to go straight to that location… I mean come on.. When you guys just took the Garrison I saw this happen. And I dont care how coordinated you are, unless you have a spy telling you, you will not have a 90% accuracy on that.

You just run straight there and wipe it, while the 5 random nubs were going to the Lord.

Its not.my place to discuss what happens in the guild, but the actions of our guild as a whole should outweigh the short ramblings of a few. And just to clarify 8 matches at 1 week per match is 2 months. Its been months… Your perception of us comes from the week or so overlap we ran into each other on DR. Our guild leader then was pretty vocal but he has left months ago.. his replacements one you know of and you dont. The one you know of is the ramblings i am talking about. He speaks for himself not for our entire guild. Just because he says he does on a forum does not make it true. We in PRO know where we stand amongst the guilds of the server and most are in our TS and cooperate with each other on a daily basis. So try and drop the perception of the 1 week you knew us and go by the model of Eyanthina and Darwin.

I haven’t been on Maguuma long, but I’ve never seen a “truce” from anyone on this server. They play, and they win or lose for the fun of it. Why can’t you guys that are having a problem with this match from DR just come to the conclusion that you aren’t the GODS you thought you were and that you’ve gone up about as far as you will with your current population and tactical education. Because obviously one guild isn’t the reason you all have won every week with their constant rants of how bad DR really is behind your backs. And, if that one guild was the reason you did win, are they prepared to accept that they could be the reason you are now stuck where you are? Not a troll but a face of reality that if you’re going to accept the title of being the sole reason a server is winning, then you’ll take the responsibility of being the reason the server is losing.

There’s nothing wrong with how far DR got…they did well (even though they didn’t have much to fight against in the tiers below this one, much like Kaineng is seeing now). But now it’s time for the reality check in the situation and just deal with it. YES DR is going to lose this week, but you’re 3 tiers higher than you were 3 weeks ago, so is it really a true “loss”? Why DR puts up with the antics of one said guild is beyond me….they never did before said guild arrived.

Look im not going to sit here and argue with you. You clearly have some sort of biased hatred toward certain guilds fot reasons unknown except by you. Ive stated numerous times and so have others that this guild is not what it used to be. Lower pop more tightknit. Leadership changed and everything. Yet you still spew this kitten out of your mouth towards us to the point of harrassment. You havent been on this server in months to see how far it has come in terms of where you left it for a fair weather xfer.

I have also stated that this server would not be where it is now without all of the guilds involved alliance or not. This isnt nor has it ever been a one horse rodeo. Those on the server know that. That kitten is stuck in your head fot some reason.

To me its fairly obvious there’s either a Truce or its just a case of picking on the new guy. You’re never in each others BLs… Never flipping each others stuff in EB. But blue always crawling up one side of the DR while green crawling up the other.

Green attacking Bay? Go check hills or Garrison water gate cuz blue will be attacking with them at the same time. Almost always happens.

Let it be known that DR’s winning streak started the same time Khanswrath transferred to DR as well. Not to toot my own horn (gonna anyway), but the sheer fact of my personal destruction of tower walls with flame rams (see signature); my major distraction of ALLOWING the opposition to siege Tombstone me (thus dwindling their supply of siege); my Grub touching to fire up commanders (this ones for you Sir Morningstar) and the strategic use of Norn chest hair to lure some female commanders (not gonna name names) to follow ME around in WvW has had nothing to do with DR’s success. Just wanted to clarify this.

I will admit, like every server, we have “bad eggs” who use exploits, but I guarantee that the vast majority of our players don’t use them. They are like everyone else who play honest and fair. I’ve seen many people on other servers exploit, however, I don’t come ranting on forums about how such and such did this or that, I report them and then go on my way. That is how it should be. Don’t degrade AR players because certain known guilds or people exploit. I will tell you, they do not speak for the whole server.

Sadly though, I know of the guilds that used exploits on AR when I was there…and sadly most of them were in that “new” alliance. It was brought to their attention then, and whatever they’ve done since then is their problem. Also, being experienced with DR (my home server), I know there are several using exploits within the large guilds (several peeps being removed from said guilds this past week alone for the use of them).

Exploiting is going on on ALL SERVERS. It isn’t better or worse or nominal anywhere else. It may be more noticable amongst smaller numbers because everyone knows everyone. I’m going to go with the majority of the posters here and say, PRO knock it off….you’re not helping DR with your constant YOU USED HAX comments. It’s life….someone loses, they find a way to get what they want, and most of these people live in basements or make a buck an hour…

Look at the POT calling the KETTLE BLACK. Which server was it again that PRO abandoned to go to DR to become its “saviours”? And, how many people did PRO scalp from other guilds on DR to become as large as they were when rebuilding? And, so what you’re saying is YET AGAIN, is that if PRO hadn’t gone to DR they’d be nothing but a T8 server FOREVER….RIGHT? Because, that’s what it looks like you and your guild are trying to say which was why many of the already present large guilds had a problem with when you arrived on DR originally. Let me remind you that YOU ALL went to DR from a higher Tier that you couldn’t hack it apparently (cept for the guys you scalped from the other guilds). YOU brought your 15 or whatever commanders to DR and started TELLING them how things were going to be, instead of ASKING for mutual assistance. I’m pretty sure if PRO leaves or left DR that DR would be just fine without you, so don’t act or tell everyone on a public forum that YOU"RE the reason DR is winning like it is.

So who are you? OH yea, we’ve determined that YOU are a guild that believes they save everyone from themselves. And again, I left DR when they were winning and went to a server that was “losing” at the time and left that server when it was winning as well. At least I didn’t leave a server and cause such a vacuum that it caused an entire WvW community to feel the pain of a large guild abandoning their server.

First of all, you have no idea what PRO has done for the DR server because you have not been here. So don’t sit there and pretend you know everything that has gone on because you don’t.

You are right about the fact that we made a bad impression when we first came in. But from the moment we stepped on this server, this server has NOT LOST. Is that entirely because of us? Of course not, but I think it STARTED with us. PRO does not have the numbers that you and every other enemy think we do. Ask the people that use our TS on a regular basis from other guilds how many members we have and how many we have in WvW on any given. That being said, without these other guilds we would not still be winning thats for sure.

Since half these forums lack reading comprehension let me break it down for you.

Server NEVER won prior to us showing up.

Server started winning after we arrived and hasn’t lost since.

Server would not still be winning without the alliance and other guilds involved.

AR has quite a few exploiters on their server. Not all players are exploiters, but they’ve been caught repeatedly using exploits.

DR has several admitted exploiters on their server. Not all players are exploiters, but they’ve been caught using exploits multiple times in this matchup, and are now trying to make up some pathetic sob story about how they’re really just white knights “testing” for Anet, and really we should be thanking them for their tireless work to help us.

Both servers are guilty. Neither server’s behavior is justifiable in any way ever. Both of you can get over your “no YOU’RE worse” finger pointing argument because you’re both equally guilty.

Blaster is your white knight actually… He has probably reported more hacks/exploits then their own internal team.

How else do you think we’re going to kick the kitten out of these servers? We in [PRO] play legit. So the only way we are going to be able to keep winning is to make sure our enemies can’t use them.

@Drednyte if your “friends” are on BP, they were caught more times by multiple servers than AR ever was. And no, I do not know who is was or does exploit/glitch on AR. I have not seen it or been around it. Assumption only makes you look ridiculous. Now carefully read this, I am in Wv3 on AR a good part of the time. I have not once seen or have been a party to any exploits or glitches, and as far as I am aware none of the people I play with have either. Now if one guild is responsible report them, if I ever see it I sure will no matter what server they belong to. Saying the players on AR who have been here since day one should leave the server isn’t going to happen. A lot have been here as long as I have. You may not enjoy this, but the facts are Wv3 is a total of 4 maps, groups that do these sorts of things tend to do them outside of the community and painting an entire server with a label while easy, is painfully ignorant.

Exploit is a exploit. People get sick and tired of Servers who brag and exploit, so i guess we will see tons more coming from servers who are against it. Isnt the saying a EYE for a EYE? Well guess what ? DR has a bunch .. not a few like 2-3 more like 15+ who been exploiting for 2 weeks now. Guess its the other servers turn to exploit right back.

Believe me we know every server has them. Just know that we report our own just as much as we report any others.

Just like Bay on AR last week when we left the BL because it was not taken fairly.

After they hacked Bay on DR BL, I set up a treb on Garrison and then I saw OJs up inside.. I was sitting right there trebbing and I’m like errrr? So I went to check and sure enough, outer gate fully repaired nothing broken anywhere, no wall. But here are these 10 guildless AR dudes pounding on the lords room water gate with a ram.

For those NS that were killed in the Eternal Grounds jumping puzzle. You can thank the LooT guild on your server. Up until today its been pretty easy going in the EB JP. Today that guild camped for over an hour. Finally we got someone past and decided that we were going to camp it ourselves. If they stop camping it, we will not camp it anymore as it just seems childish.

To the commander of AR that took it from us kudos to you and your group. That was probably the greatest chess match I have ever played..

Golems, to trebbing to counter trebbing.. I mean it was just an amazing fight..

I was the commander of the defense and I haven’t had a battle like that in WvW in a long time. Great job to everyone involved! Even though we lost it..

Kudos to each and every DR person that helped defend. At some points we even had the outmanned buff.

The next tier up seems pretty dead now that GoM is moving up too. So we probably have a few more weeks of playing dead servers before we get some competition. Not taking anything away from Ferg or Kain or those other two servers but I believe we do have more pop then they do.

If so why did I have chats with people in LA that stated "Are you guys a WvW guild? “Yes”. So thats how we finally won! What do you mean finally won? “Oh we have never won a WvW match” “How long have you been on DR?” Since release he says…

He may have been lying but who knows. He stated the server never won a match until we showed up. Now I will not take all the credit because you just cant. There are 4 maps. But I can tell you we certainly helped.

But Kaineg, Ferg, Eredeon Terrace, Henge of Denravi and Sorrow’s Furnace all seem to be pretty low pop servers. It really does become UNfun to either not have even numbers or to not have coverage on servers.

If ANET doesnt sell at least 200k copies on Christmas then they should really think about merging some of the low pop servers.

DR was so bad at one point that one of our members had to transfer servers to finish a legendary he wanted to make because we couldnt field enough at the same time to open the temples in ORR…

Can you inform me when and where that happened as you seem to have all these socalled “facts”. What i remember was a dead server so a guild concurance to move…the guild leader didnt research, just literally picked the last ranked server in the game.

I could care less about being outnumbered. Fighting the DR zergs can be very fun.

What ISN’T fun is seeing 15-20 people refusing to come and fight 4-5 guys.

Tonight I had more greens /sleep or /laugh from a distance or even atop a tower that we chased them into, than people who engaged. We fought outside that tower for 20 minutes, then you guys come out, drop ballistas on the bridge, and still wipe? How do you even keep playing after something like that?

Yep, that seems like how it always is.

One thing I would like to know is who the freak sits on DR’s tower siege stuff like ALL day. Anytime I go to a DR tower, there is someone up there on the siege just waiting. They don’t ever come out, they just wait and then fire their siege weapons.

Are you guys hiring low wage workers from third world countries to do this?

Do not get me wrong. We love playing against you guys most of the time. NoQQ, Envy, LARP, and many more guilds. But I personally am tired of the matchups. I am not scared of the higher tiers. I am not worried about getting my kitten kicked by higher tiers either.

We all know each others strats by now, we have played against each other for so long that it is kinda meh..

That is what we base all of decisions on. Who we attack and how we choose who gets second place on this server. That might seem a little bit of a bold statement, but for the past two weeks we have chosen who is going to be second on the server. And that server is the server that will benefit us in this whacky kitten points system that Anet uses.

Bottom line is we want to move up and play different servers. LARP, NoQQ if you guys switch servers to keep playing against DR. More power to you. Hopefully that server will have more coverage then the last one. Hopefully it will have more WvWers then the last.

Many battles and much respect between all three servers. But we just wanna move up!

Honestly, I believe you and I’m not really surprised.

PRO is a big guild. It is probably bigger than Envy, NoQQ and LARP combined. PRO also, on average, has less skilled/geared players than the aforementioned 3 guilds. Don’t get me wrong, PRO DOES have some good players. But their sheer size basically necessitates that many of their players aren’t very good.

As far as points go though, numbers matter far more than skill. So, it really is no surprise to me that a huge guild like PRO can highly influence who comes in second place.

As for me though, I don’t really care. I play WvW to fight players, the points and objective taking is almost always just a means to that end for me. I may want to take a tower or camp just to goad people into attacking it. But I don’t really care about holding it…I just want to kill.

Was good times heh, even though I am sure a couple of pugs engaged you when we were fighting. But the only time you actually died was when I finally jumped off that tower.

Haha yes, that was indeed fun! I was wondering if anyone would mention those hijinks on the forums.

And yeah, I got the thieves confused, but there were some high DPS thieves there that were the only ones giving me trouble, and like you say, you eventually took me down. Also, I didn’t just get away, more than often I would kill at least 2 of them…or dragged them to the spawn and they would suicide upon the legendary defenders.

Still I must say, while it makes sense for me to be /beckoning you all off the tower…I didn’t really get the 5 people on the tower doing /beckon at the one guy on the ground lol. Are you saying “Come, run into my arrow cart!”

Regardless, I will completely admit that you are a decent player, probably the only one there as I was able to dispatch the others while being outnumbered, hit by siege and hit/CC’d by the guard NPCs.

But it’s incidents like this that gives DR the rep it has. Five people…inside a tower, too afraid to fight one guy outside.

Yeah it was fun. My objective was to just keep the tower. But then I saw you tearing up 4 to 5 people at a time and was like hmm…

After you dispatched them I came down and started fighting you and before the match was over the others had come back. I will admit I did not down you by myself but it was an epic battle until the randoms came back haha.

Bottom line is we want to move up and play different servers. LARP, NoQQ if you guys switch servers to keep playing against DR. More power to you. Hopefully that server will have more coverage then the last one. Hopefully it will have more WvWers then the last.

Honestly, I believe you and I’m not really surprised.

PRO is a big guild. It is probably bigger than Envy, NoQQ and LARP combined. PRO also, on average, has less skilled/geared players than the aforementioned 3 guilds. Don’t get me wrong, PRO DOES have some good players. But their sheer size basically necessitates that many of their players aren’t very good.

As far as points go though, numbers matter far more than skill. So, it really is no surprise to me that a huge guild like PRO can highly influence who comes in second place.

As for me though, I don’t really care. I play WvW to fight players, the points and objective taking is almost always just a means to that end for me. I may want to take a tower or camp just to goad people into attacking it. But I don’t really care about holding it…I just want to kill.

Was good times heh, even though I am sure a couple of pugs engaged you when we were fighting. But the only time you actually died was when I finally jumped off that tower.

Wow you must be really good…you killed a guy 6v1 then came on the forums to brag about it.

Also, theres about 58 Asuran thieves in your guild, all of which sit in towers and only jump down for fights when you vastly outnumber someone. You will have to be more specific.

I could care less about being outnumbered. Fighting the DR zergs can be very fun.

What ISN’T fun is seeing 15-20 people refusing to come and fight 4-5 guys.

Tonight I had more greens /sleep or /laugh from a distance or even atop a tower that we chased them into, than people who engaged. We fought outside that tower for 20 minutes, then you guys come out, drop ballistas on the bridge, and still wipe? How do you even keep playing after something like that?

Yep, that seems like how it always is.

One thing I would like to know is who the freak sits on DR’s tower siege stuff like ALL day. Anytime I go to a DR tower, there is someone up there on the siege just waiting. They don’t ever come out, they just wait and then fire their siege weapons.

Are you guys hiring low wage workers from third world countries to do this?

Look I can only speak for myself on this matter.

Do not get me wrong. We love playing against you guys most of the time. NoQQ, Envy, LARP, and many more guilds. But I personally am tired of the matchups. I am not scared of the higher tiers. I am not worried about getting my kitten kicked by higher tiers either.

We all know each others strats by now, we have played against each other for so long that it is kinda meh..

That is what we base all of decisions on. Who we attack and how we choose who gets second place on this server. That might seem a little bit of a bold statement, but for the past two weeks we have chosen who is going to be second on the server. And that server is the server that will benefit us in this whacky kitten points system that Anet uses.

Week 47: From 2012-11-17 to 2012-11-24 we knocked Ferg below Kain.
Week 48: From 2012-11-25 to 2012-12-01 we screwed up and Kain took second again costing us 86 points.

Week 49: From 2012-12-02 to 2012-12-07 Ferg took second and we gained points.

Now this week unless Kain just rolls over to Ferg to screw us over, we are going to knock Ferg to third so we gain the most points that we can. Mark my words Mr. Chris Ivey.

LOL to Devona choosing who was in second place…Devona had nothing to do with it. Kaineng chose to take a vacation, and then to boot a lot of Kaineng folks left the Server. THOSE are the reasons Kaineng isn’t in 3rd anymore. YOU had nothing to do with it.

I’m not going to argue with you about it. But do you notice that we attack the server that is in second place? Because that would yield us the most points.. 2 weeks ago it was Ferg who ended up third place. Last week was Kain. This week is Ferg again, although this week we are having more trouble because Kain’s pop has dropped and Ferg has had an influx.

In order for us to get the maximum points that we can we need to beat you guys by LARGE margins. 2 weeks ago we barely won and we still ended up losing 70 points which hurt a lot.

Now we are less then 50 points away from moving up. Were hitting it hard this week and hopefully next week we will have different opponents. We will have to learn different strats and come up with new ones of our own. We will probably have to be more organized as an entire server instead of a per guild basis or a couple of guild basis.

Time for a change and hopefully that will come sooner then later.

Been a fun night so far! And yes we do really want to move up.

It really depends on what time you play as to the competition you see. I know that our night crew fields about 10 in PRO and we have a blast defending against superior numbers. Simply because half the time we cannot believe we were actually succeeding.
