Ride The Lightning proc’s Sigil of Hydromancy. Don’t know if this is intended or not.
EDIT: Looks like RTL procs On Weapon Swap sigils. It proc Sigil of Battle too.

Can you post a screenshot of your stats? Im having the same problem as Azure. Same setup as shown in this guide with Ancient Karka Shell and Bowyers Delight, I only get 17,925 HP. Even if I have Triforge, I think that will only get me up to around 18,300~ HP. Am I missing anything?
