My mother who plays this game purchased WITH GEMS the digital deluxe upgrade and she is not being given the 2 week Golem Banker at all. She is not going to pay for gems and purchase the upgrade a second time . So maybe you can get back to me as to some ideas of how to fix this because if her upgrade to deluxe with gems was not honored I need to know now. Thanks

yeah this is happening to me too. Really is starting to get under my fur as it were .

Every time I go to trade gold for gems , it keeps telling me that this feature is unavailable until I authenticate my account . Tells me to go to my account page online and add authentication and every time I do it says my account is secure and has authentication. I don’t know if this is the 4 days to unlock business or not but if it is it would be very nice for it to say that when I go to try to use it , instead of it telling me that I need to get authentication when I already have it.
