I understand the problems behind the issue are real, but the solution is so incredibly simple that i have no real sympathy.

Make your own groups.

That’s it. Start a group, label it “all welcome” and have fun. You cant change necros, and you cant change other people, that just leaves you. stop trying to join groups that don’t want you, and make your own group.

All excellent suggestions, my addition is to expand our interaction options.

Splitting interactions to different keys so I can have loot corpse, open chest and harvest all bound to F, Interacting with objects bound to E, and talking not bound to anything.

It makes me irrationally angry when I’m trying to loot in dungeons but the NPC following me just wont shut up.

I’m getting constant error 58s trying to log in for the last couple of days. 90% of my login attempts have given me the error message, the other 10% I make it to character selection, and then get an error 7 when I try to get in game.

The game worked perfectly fine a week ago.

I’ve tried the newauth shortcut thing, and opening ports, and reseting routers, and ticking/unticking the auto login boxes. nothing is helping, I’ve run out of fixes and the error message still says its probably my fault.

Does anyone know of a solution to this, or am I just doomed to hope Anet fixes it somewhere along the line?
