Having same issue, haven’t seen him spawn at all and have been searching days to get the AP.

Bolt I collection:

Explorer Loana doesnt turn into a merchant after you’ve completed the event. Cant progress any further in the precurser tier due to this. Many complaint and still hasn’t been fixed.. -_-

Bolt Volume 1:

Loana Explorer doesnt talk after you’ve participated in the event, the reward doesn’t loot anything.
Nabbi Scholar, same issue.

Still stuck been about an hour now.

Same issue, my alt accounts work but my main account crashes immediately when I enter the character select screen.
