AM I THE ONLY ONE? Twice in a row now I have not received the gem store purchased items via game mail. I bought the chop-it axe, and a week later 25 kite chests. For each missing item I logged bug reports, but have yet to receive an answer or the goods. My gem total has been reduced by the purchased amounts, and my black lion trading window shows both items in recent purchases, yet no delivery.

Ships of the Line is stuck. Zott has been led to last trebuchet, a signal file set, but he just stands there and does not set explosion as on others. I have killed all the dead as I had to hang around so long trying to get Zott to function. I let myself die thinking game might reset, but Zott still will not approach last weapon. All of team is alive. Green asterisk on last weapon. Stuck. Bum luck as this long and tedious, and expensive armor repair (using gemstore bought canisters- I should receive credit for two of them if you want to make this really right.)

I am stuck, so this is till issue. I have cleared the cave and at the south entrance of the cave, nothing happens. We all just stand there. I cirlced back through- could not get all researchers to follow (one even says for me to go on without him). All undead are dead. I went back to entrance and wennt to south exit. I killed all the undead waiting outside the gate and went back in..to the south gate. Still just stand there. No teleports or anything. The thought of doing this again is sad.
