Well naturally there are defensive, omni and offensive infusions as was announced quite some time ago. There are also various recipes out there already that make various infusions of the above kind via the mystic forge.
Problem is those are expensive again and I was wondering if it is intended that the vendor only has a cheap defensive and expensive omni infusion.
And thus making it that anyone with a offensive slot has to cash out 3 times as much tokens as those with a defensive slot for the same stats :o
Its because quivers look cool.

I was wondering, yesterday me and my fiancee crafted our ascended back pieces, the quivers with the berserker prefix.
The quiver backpieces hold an offensive infusion slot, which is exactly how we like it, except now we came to the realization that after cashing out a good amount of expensive mats on the backpiece, that getting agony resistance is another goldsink.
We either get the +5 stats +5 agony resistance through the mystic forge for anothet obscene amount of mats (250 T6 mats again… Rlly Anet?). And upgrading it with +5 agony resistance is another 250 ecto, bit over the top right?
Or we buy the fractal vendor one for tokens, which brings me to my actual question:
Is it intended that the defensive infusion of +5 agony resistance costs 75 tokens while the omni infusion of (the same) +5 agony resistance costs 225, while there is no offensive +5 agony resistance infusion?
Making it essentially 3 times as expensive to get the same stats for someone with an offensive infusion slot (quiver) rather as defensive (tome)?
I was just wondering if this is ‘working as intended’ or not before we cash in our tokens tomorrow for 3 times too much.

Well the ones inside the fractals for 1350 tokens is Exotic, not Ascended, so will probably look different as the Ascended ones. Wonder what it looks like though

Made them tonight, one for my guardian and one for my fiancee’s guardian And it’s called “Quiver of Swift Flight”
We just completed lvl 8 Fractals of the Mists, no issues although we have been dealing with one of our party members getting continues errors and thus our group has to constantly restart the lvl, because of the “bug” with DC’d people not being able to return to the fractals.
Edit: also, are you supposed to not get the chestrewards (like daily) anymore after boss lvl 4?
Anyway, we complete lvl 8, kill the boss, get the loot and wait for the window to pop us back to Dessa’s Lab. We port and we come to Dessa’s to vendor and we realise the top left corner still says “fractal lvl 8”
…..
So it didn’t scale us up and we can now do it all over again to continue up
Added a screenie in which you can see targetting the mobs in the boss fractal and us still being on lvl 8 despite that >.<

I laughed so much with this post, because of how terrible the class is and then cried too, for all the time and gold I have invested in it, waiting helplessly that they will manage to make it work somehow. Instead Elementalist is getting even more useless with every patch.

Felt exactly the same, laughing with sad tears in my eyes. Still browsing the forums for any glimmer of hope atm, while avoiding logging in to look at my poor lil elementalist to respec her to ehm… don’t even know what atm

Tonight around 23.10 we (my fiancee and I) finished Arah Explorable path 3 with our regular dungeon group. We finished, received our chest which I remember commenting on gave me 2 exactly the same blues, 2x Rampager Reinforced Chest of bla and a Blue Hammer of bla. We received our 60 tokens, the 2/5 Arah explorable achievement and decided to head out.
As we click the [→ button to head out of the instance, we all crash out 1 by 1 and can’t log back in. Upon checking twitter we realized practically all EU servers experienced the same issue and decided to go do something else till it was fixed.
Tonight, after the new build, we logged back in to test some new features and to our great surprise we got rolled back in our Arah dungeon for some reason.
We lost the achievement, lost the 60 tokens, even lost the loot we received from the end chest! This intended or fixable?
Wouldn’t be the first time we got screwed out of our dungeon tokens, back when the DR hit unintended we also lost loads of tokens, not to mention the 1200 times AC explorable bugged out on the last boss, decided not to end the instance after the last boss and rewarding us any tokens :\
It is…im sitting here feeling like meh do I really wanna log in right now? It was a fun playstyle that i simply loved

I’m sitting here feeling exactly the same, I used my cleric gear + basic healing support build for dungeons and loved it thoroughly.
Even my D/D build with Knight/Valkyrie gear is nerfed now with the stealthnerf to leap finishers no longer triggering traits and no more might stacking via evasive arcane to be able to hit for something.
Now I just keep reloading the forums praying for a Dev to answer that they might reverse it. Might not log on tomorrow to play, so disheartened atm it’s unreal. My whole build blown to bits :\

Hey all.
Most of the time when on my guardian I’m running with a bloodlust sigil and It seems to be working out for me. However what makes me sad is getting downed in a dungeon and then loosing my stacks, or certain trivial mobs not awarding those stacks to begin with. This leads me to my warrior, with which i’m wondering how much of a dissadvantage the Force sigil would be over the bloodlust one….Would anyone know how many stacks of bloodlost would equal 5% total damage? Would this 5% damage be based on my maximum attack value or so, and what would be th best way to approach this.

I strongly believe Karma items should be account bound…Once you have completed xx amount of events, spent countless hours/days/weeks farming different zones you should be sitting on quite a plentiful stack of Karma. Now let’s assume you have crafted your own exotic armor and you have no interest in investing towards a legendary, wouldn’t it be nice being able to help out another one of your character’s that you might decide to level/equip?
The work is still your own, no matter what character you did it own, and we all know that it’s anything but fast, well at least for the more casual people. I stand by this suggestion as it would not only make playing more comfortable, but also more rewarding.
