Guild Wars 2

This issues need to be resolve quick. Apprently the developers didn’t think this is a online game require internet connection to play and people can get disconnect from the internet.

I wonder have anyone experience this, but on my character i have reached 100% map completion and was expecting 2 Gift of Exploration, but i didn’t get it. At first i thought i have to go to some NPC to get it, but my guild members told me it automatic pop up within the game once you hit 100%. I have included a screenshot with my post. Please help me out thank you! I hit 100% about 4 days ago.
