You lose the achievement if you’re hit on ground too.

Wiki says that I should receive 1 spirit shard after completing all mastery tracks in a region, but is not clear if I need to complete Raid track too (the only one I never touched because I don’t do raids).

Is that track needed to receive the spirit shards?

As someone that was stuck in this achievement since last friday, I know your pain. I finally completed using a mesmer with GS to stay out of range from statue attacks and using that “clone when dodge” trait (forgot the name). Kept running around, using GS4 on mender, and dodging when that orb spawned (the clone will aggro the orb, that just disappear without exploding after a little time). Still needed 2 runs to complete because in the first run I was knocked back by the statue attack even staying out of the range.

Make sure you do not take the goggles too early, because they may run out on your way down. If they do, no achi even if you hit the water!

Yesterday I disconnected a few times while I was doing lvl 50 story (ogre allies) at Blazeridge Steppes (btw, Shatterer was looping the same animations in sky), before last fix was released. Now, I just disconnected 2 times in a row right after enter Twilight Arbor dungeon.
