question – did you notice that the monthly achievement was reset yesterday? when 1 month from gw2 going live was up, the achievement reset and I was able to complete the xp achievement and then get to 70 monthly events and some insane amount of salvages before it was completely reset yesterday – coincidentally exactly as the daily achievement reset itself.

it reset yesterday because it was the 1st of october, and since its a monthly achievement it resets on the 1st

and its also bugged here

The only reason I asked this question is that on Thurs, 9/27 my monthly reset itself after being complete. I assumed this was because of the 1 month from the start of gw2. I was then confused after it being reset that it was reset again on the 1st of the month and was wondering if the reset was going from the start date or the 1st of the month. Either way – multiple resets really are frustrating after completing so much.

It has been a few days since the reset of the monthly achievements (coinciding with the start of the game, not the actual new month) and I have completed the xp achievement and very close to both the salvaging and monthly event participation. Last night when the daily achievements reset I also noticed that my monthly achievements reset as well, and in one instance actually reverted back to my previous high for the monthly xp achievement. I’m wondering if anyone else is having this issue or if it really is an issue and the monthly achievements were actually reset to now coincide with the first of the month?

finally worked for me yesterday, Sunday around midnight on Black Gate. Now if the other problems would be fixed, especially with all the bugged events/skill points. Nice to see Centurion Titus Gearclaw messages in the /say channel but looking for Mr. Invisible is painful.
