Still not 100% sure what causes this but sometimes chat will lag and can take like 20-30 minutes to whisper someone and even guild chat wont work again not sure what causes this because it happens at random times actually for awhile thought it was fixed.
If you seen in the news sections there is a lot of people who did not get chest due to various issues. It will be addressed and you will get your reward.
Well first would be good to prevent disconnects and other sort of problems but this does not solve the “big issue”. The fact being if someones overflow server and worked hard with a party to get to a specific location and the person gets disconnected even if he connects back within 10 seconds hes put on the main server usually causing instant death because your party is not there. Then if you die you have to get to the overflow server and back track to reach your group.
If you get disconnected, kicked, loose internet connection, computer blows up, etc. As soon as you reconnect you should be reconnected to the “exact” server you got disconnected from so if your on overflow you should be reconnecting to overflow not the main server. The server should hold your spot and grant the player time to reconnect so he can easily join back in.
This has to be fixed because this is causing many headaches when people do run into problems and extreamly bad when you loose out on something because your kicked then killed because your put on the wrong server.
This has happened to me 6 times and can say its “Game related” my character would just freeze and cannot move at all can access functions or talk to people but I cannot move. Only way to fix is log in and out then I go back to normal. Happened 6 times over a few months of playing.
I’m in a party I cannot leave all it says is “The Player or Channel Cannot be found” and there is no way to leave or even kick players from group.
To me this needs to be fixed because sometimes i froze due to glitch so only thing I can do is log out and in and what happens then get transferred to the other server and I get killed.
If you get kicked or disconnected it should bring you back to were you got disconnected from and on the server you got disconnected from not a different server. If your on overflow you stay on overflow and the server should hold your place for X amount of time lets say 10-30 minutes so you can reconnect and continue were you left off.
Clock tower should be solo that I totally agree with because it does cause the following problems:
- One people don’t be quiet and nothing worse to see tons of white text and nothing else. Even if your done it you can make others people life worse by spamming random stuff.
- Two some people like speed some people don’t and again this causes more problems
- Three the size of characters if your the smallest character it’s very hard to see especially if you got some very large players in there as well.
I think people should have the choice to do it alone if they choose to. Not everyone enjoys a group of people because it’s hard to study mistakes when its hard enough just to see your character alone.
There is a bug with this quest. You cannot go into the hull to kill the oozes it just keep teleporting me back to the main floor of the ship making it impossible to complete the objective.
There seems to be a problem in some areas for instance if you on the border were I was were monsters transition from a lower level to a higher level. Now in this case there was 6 monsters in the cave 2 outside guarding it. Since I was not past the border were I would be the correct level the two monsters completely destroyed me. Now if I ran past the border which was some distance in the cave I would agro all 6 again would be completely destroyed so loose loose situation.
The problem with dynamic leveling is at the borders (the transitions) if you are on the low level side and agro a monster from the high level side your dead but can also be vice versa by going to the high level side and drawing in low level monsters both are problems.
I have never got the sound problem on default settings. That being said and my experience from other games with sound issues could be driver problems which either have to be corrected by a new driver or GW2 patch. For the four games I did have problems with sound it always happened at Highest Quality. The problems ranged from crashing, total loss of sound, feedback, or looped sound. I’m sure it will be corrected with patch since Creative don’t do much on there end.
Yea noticed that to attacking while standing on it seems to work for awhile I thought it was just me lol.
I know any ground objects such as destroyable tunnels, mortar, etc I have a very hard time hitting close range even with a gun for that matter. 1 of 3 attacks are misses close range and far range saying most of the attacks are obstructed or misses again. Seems to me you need to find this perfect stop and everything works. Anyone else have this problem?
