Its been more then 3 days since and have’t received any word regarding my ticket. My account has been terminated due to botting, etc. Though I have not been botting I was afk getting a drink to come back to this.

I am in the same boat as you. I stepped away for about 15 minutes to grab a drink and snack and returned to a black screen. When relaunching the game I get the same error. I made a ticket but no response yet. Its 24 hours and counting. I don’t use bots or any other 3rd party program. These random bans makes no sense sometimes.
