The mistward armors pieces that i unlocked and never used (or selected any stats) are still soulbound to the characters who got the initial reward chest.
Looks like something went wrong with this.

The same happened to me and another person from my guild.
I died, no one could revive me so i teleported but the game crashed and then impossible to log-in again for many minutes…
I hope you can fix it and that we can receive the deserved reward.
