When i click ingame on `Buy Heart of Thorns´ the ingame wndow doesnt load like the trading post. They´re both ingame web tools. Do i need any programm to use these web tools?

As soon as i open the trading post a loading circle appears. But after a few seconds it dissapears and the window stays black. When i reopen the trading post not even a loadung circle appears . I have the problem for years now and admins promised to fix it but nothing happened. I hope you guys can help me this time…

Whitelisting the coherent host exe didnt help. As i said i only have the standard windows firewall and the defender. Something else is blocking the TP.. But idk where to look at

My trading post is not loading. I can see the loading circle for a few seconds and then he disappears and nothing happens. I’ve only installed windows firewall and windows defender and its not their fault that the TP isn’t working. What else could be the problem? I tried so many things but i didnt find a solution :/ Can someone help me?
