Guild Wars 2

Previously I had 50-60 fps with my haswell i5 and Nvidia 560GTX in LA, now I get 9fps in LA. Can’t play the new content, so thanks a lot Anet, what did you do.

My first post and I am looking to upgrade my computer, for better performance and it is due I mainly play Guild Wars 2 but other CPU heavy games such as Shogun2 I would like to know with the below upgrade will I notice a big difference in Guild Wars 2? Performance, Graphics and fps wise? Also if you recommend any changes to my build that could make it better for similar price?

I currently have:
Windows 8 on SSD
CPU: Q9400
Graphics: Nvidia 560GTX
Memory: 4GB DDR2

Upgrading to:
CPU: i5-4670 Haswell, 3.40GHz(Turbo 3.8GHz
MB: Gigabyte (GA-H87M-D3H) Intel H87 Micro-ATX Motherboard, Haswell, Socket LGA1150
Memory: Kingston (KHX1600C10D3B1/8G) 1x 8GB Hyper X 1600MHz DDR3 Non-ECC CL10 DIMM
