PvE:
1) Expand weapon accessibility for all classes (For example, dual pistol mesmer, etc)
2) Add actual meaning to the personality system (Charm, Dignity, Ferocity) so it actually affects character progression through the lore.
3) PvE Expansion content. Cantha or Elona continent. There are also several areas like Dominion of Wind, Crystal Desert, Ring of Fire, among others shown on the GW2 map that are currently inaccessible.
WvWvW:
1) Anything that discourages Zerging
SPvP:
1) New Modes
2) Guild Wars

1- More weapon choices to every class (i want my Mesmer to have dual pistols just like their own phantasmal duelist skill).
2- Cantha and Elona continents on PvE with their remaining classes – Ritualist and dervish – (which would bring new WvWvW lands and objectives based on the new continents as well)
3- Add a pool of skills to each weapon to let players choose any five skills for each weapon from their specific pool. That adds both more variety and more skill choices.

If you played GW1 you may recall that there were several skills that were related to organizations or factions. I’d like to see some utility skills that are related to the three factions (Order of Whispers, Durmond Priory, and Vigil) that are only accessible to members of the particular faction.
This would actually be very nice. Having maybe a small pool of utilities specific to each faction. I could use some extra stealthy utilities on my Order of Whispers characters.
