Guild Wars 2

I was hacked yesterday ( my account is already being restored to the day before my hacking, this is NOT a LOOK AT ME HELP ME I’VE BEEN HACKED! issue ), and I am slightly confused on the parameters of the restoration, I am hoping for a bit of clarity on wording.

I was told my account would be restored to the 20th, and all my items and gold returned to that state. However, the GM handling my hacking then went on to say anything lost in the trading post would not be restored, and the hacker on my account used the trading post to sell off all of my items and trade in my gems for gold, then buy a longbow for 82g on my account, from presumably their account. Since they used the trading post to sell all of my things and trade in my gems, and then buy an item with my gold, will I or will I not be getting my items, gold and gems back?

I’m a huge girl with my characters, I love customization and humans were the best looking to me. I wanted a Sylvari for the elf-likeness, but I couldn’t make a decent one that satisfied me appearance wise. I play a catfolk in my D&D campaign my boyfriend runs, so I had planned to make a charr thief ( rougue/monk/shadowdancer/assassin hack and slash destroy combo for my D&D character )but the charr are too large and the hunched over aspect turned me off. Asura… just creeped me out with the giant eyes and the sharp teeth. Norns were the 2nd runner up, but they were a tad bulky for me, though I’ll probably make a norn, sylvari and charr as alts eventually, humans had the broadest appeal to me, and the best look overall.

I’m fairly new to the game, and I have no issue with the train. If that’s how they like to play, why should it be changed because you don’t like it? They obviously do.

I jump on the champ train for a few rounds, generally until it gets derailed by non-train champ slaying, and then I go explore, do heartquests, try and find some dynamics, ect. I enjoy the train because it’s something cooperative and has given me decent loot to actually be able to get better equips for myself. It’s an almost guaranteed event, whereas I might miss the other map events for exp and karma, I know generally I can find the train and get a good amount of both.

I am in the middle of submitting a ticket regarding my account being hacked sometime today, but I am stuck with the last 4 CC digits or paypal invoice ID. I didn’t buy a digital copy, I bought my guild wars 2 copy from a walmart when it came out ( still have the receipt in the box ), but my boyfriend did buy me gems on Sweetest Day with his paypal. Are the 4 CC digits/paypal invoice IDs only for digital copies, or do I need the paypal invoice ID for the gems he bought me the other day to verify things?
