I have checked every PvE map percentage three times and confirmed 100% for all of them. One character shows 98% map completion — 477/486 WPs, 633/652 PoIs, and 221/226 Vistas. Looking at the WvW map, those are the only ones I’m ‘missing’.

I know about the “new PoIs” and made sure to get them done.

Weren’t WvW (PoIs, WP, etc) removed from the world completion requirements?
If they were, why do my characters still require them, and how can I get this fixed?

Constant lag spikes!

Oh yes! I have this same issue!! GW2 has been running perfectly for me since pre-launch … until last night. I first noticed it around 10pm (EST) and it’s led to at least 40 deaths and significant frustration. Meaning: I can no longer play this game (with this issue), since I can’t do anything in combat.

When “running along merrily”, I get 55-60 FPS and perfectly seamless video & audio flow.

However, any time I initiate one of my combat maneuvers (tested with both my Elementalist & Ranger), when the combat effect hits the target, I get a 0.5s to 1.0s lag spike (freeze frame) and my FPS drops from 55 to 3. Yes, I said 3. With my Ranger, if I send in my pet (bear), its combat maneuvers create no lag spike. After a few graphics changes and tests (“appearance”, “performance”, and ‘reset’), I updated my Radeon HD5850 drivers and performed a 3D Benchmark11 test (3119 rating). Back in the game — same issue. I performed a combat maneuver ‘test’ (looking for “lag spike or not”) changing each individual graphic option — no change. In the end, I reset everything back to the way it was early yesterday and await your fix.

ANet, whatever you did when you implemented last night’s graphics patch, please undo it and take it back to the test server. If it doesn’t get fixed, I won’t be able to play this game I’ve loved since allowed (the public) to join the first BWE (Beta Weekend Event).
