I just don’t follow this… the expansion is $50 and that’s the beginning and end of the story. It also includes GW2 if you don’t have it.
You can complain that the price is too high, but, I mean that’s consumerism… many things are priced “too high” but that all depends on where you stand.
Hmm, appreciate the response.
Warcraft has a policy where if the guild owner has not logged in in 90 days, then another member of Rank 1, 2 or 3 can gain control of the guild.
I will be writing customer service at ArenaNet because I do believe it is incumbent on them to have a solution for this.
Does anyone know if there’s a way… in-game, via petition, or otherwise, to remove an inactive guild leader? He’s been inactive for about 2 years… seems like some sort of statute of limitations has expired
Thanks!
They changed the forums over six months ago. Basically everything that doesn’t have it’s own sub-forum gets posted here. Crafting is still a relevant thing.
In case you want to look at what’s in the archive:

Thanks, though disappointing Was hoping there’d be more of a crafting community sticking it out. Maybe HoT will have something…
Was just coming back to explore what’s happening ahead of the expansion, but notice the Crafting forum is gone… is crafting still a relevant thing in the game? A little surprised the forum would be gone completely!

The expansion cost is $50. The GW2 vanilla client is free.
I think Soule is bust with EverQuest this year.
I think they were pretty clear without being specific that harder-core group PvE content is a big focus for the expansion; it’s why I’m posting here and considering playing again. It was lacking in the original game.
Today was just an announcement… let’s wait for the reveals!
I am sure it will be a paid expansion… how could it not be?
Just wanted to say congrats to ArenaNet, the new expansion looks amazing. The art direction always just blows my mind!
Looking forward to hearing about the raids!
