Not really a bug! Just the feature, that the rankpoint-rewards from winning a tournement (450 Squeue/1000 Tqueue) isn’t counting for your title. So there are players rank 56 only playing tournements and didn’t have the “Marauder” titel yet.
But skyhammerfarmers with r60 and “Ravager”.

Hi Guys,
last week i thought about the old times i had in GW1 two years ago.
I was very active in the PvP – HA (Hero’s Ascend) scene and enjoyed that gamemode very much.

For those of you, who didn’t played GW1 PvP, HA was something like a global tournament (EU, NA,..) with K.O. system. There were 9 Arenas you had to pass with a group of 8 people, until you got into the Hall of Hero’s, where you fought 1v1v1 or 1v1 in random generated gamemodes. Here i will post some of my ideas, how A-net could bring this back with the awsome GW2 mechanics.
At first i want to say, that they can’t just copy the maps 1:1 in GW2, cause there are so much things you can do more in GW2. (Just think about jumping, dodging, portal, blink, downstate, heal, …)
So every map has to be overhauled. This includes things you need to have in TDM like “Sudden Death”, “Time-Out” (compare GW2 PvP 15 mins), “Maximum of Points” (compare GW2 PvP max. points 500) to balance, or otherwise: mechanics to counter totally bunkerish setups.
I would really appreciate to hear your opinions about my thoughts and maybe you have some new ideas.
Before i start, i want be sorry if my english is not that good, cause it’s not my motherlanguage. :>

For Staff:
- the staff feels very weak compared to sword, dagger or longbow.
- dmg seems ok but you have simply no defense with this weapon
- maybe give Skill #1 and evade on the last chain?!
- would like to see skill 4 getting a short duration smoke screen, that block projectiles and is a combo field, so you can stealth yourself at least one time.
- skill #5 and the dodge ability is to obvious and can be dodged to easy. It’s not worse it for the initiative

Dear A-Net,
I bet you… pls lissen this time to the community… dont implement this rune like diamondskin into the game… it’s totally broken.
The meta will turn into a condi/bunker meta, where everybody will play this rune in combination with very strong builds. (condi warrior, condi mesmer, condi necro, condi engineer,…)

I would really enjoy to see a revised version of the ‘Raid of the Capricorn’ map.
Except the annoying watercombat, this map was really fun to play and was compareable to ‘Battle of Khylo’.
Maybe it is possible to remove the Water completly or make it flat, so you can still walk while in water (compare beach @ ‘Forest of Niflhel’ or cave @ ‘Temple of the silent storm’).
Make the ship a wreck and balance the bottom of the sea, so that the old underwater note becomes the mid Point to fight for.
I with some changes this map could be tPvP viable aswell.

3-Did you see RU? WvW players were chearing because of GvG (zerg vs zerg).
do you mean the bloody tech GvG yesterday? because i played it and won the finals and i can tell you, that 6v6 is so much fun, you need lot’s of tactic, good position- and targeting, also communication and movement.
In WvW you have 25vs25 GvG and it’s more like pushing with the melee train and spam massive aoe on enemys. everything based on 1 commander telling everybody what to do.

i hope weapon & utilities will give thief a good new playstyle. But if we get just another s/d melee-playstyle, thief will be rlly dead.

Sounds good!
Maybe do it like in GW1 HA, that people can ‘rewatch’ the matches in a limited period of time. I dont like the realtime-streams cause of match manipulation.
