Would buy if it was in separate armor pieces but not sure as an outfit… I don’t like being restricted this way.
They really should’ve left outfits the way they were and given us a better way to store them.
Grape smugglers are in demand Anet, hear the cries of your people.
If there’s one thing that GW2 should take from FF11/14, it’s the subligar.
That would be amazing. It’s crazy cause a lot of us have been begging for this stuff since GW1 and we still don’t have it.
Because while Faren’s speedo would be fine, Kasmeer’s bikini would cause an immediate uproar from every activist, self-proclaimed women’s rights prophets and i’m sure even more. Everybody knows that video games are a cesspool and they turn females into objects, yadda yadda yadda.
Who cares? There are already skimpy female armors already.
This is about Lord Faren’s speedo.
I imagine people would demand mini southsun Kasmeer’s bikini if they added Faren’s speedo, and that’s just taking the game to a place I don’t think we want it to go to.
You don’t want it to go to the beach? What’s the problem exactly?
I think there’s more than enough RNG in this game already.
I don’t hate that it’s an outfit, I hate that they made it so you can’t control which parts of an outfit you have on.
Why choose to make outfits all one piece when they could easily give us all the little tabs with a checkmark we can turn on or off?
I’d literally just wear the top part and turn the rest off so I can have my pants. I hate those stupid skirts attached to 95% of the armors in this game.
Dude, you’re literally saying “I don’t care that it’s an outfit, I hate that it has all the properties of an outfit”
Except this isn’t how outfits were until they “revamped” them a while ago. Outfits used to come in parts that you could put on separately and not all of us asked for or wanted this change. I’d rather have my outfits in parts like they used to be or have it so I can choose which part is turned on.
You make it sound like I invented something out of thin air. It’s a change A.net forced on us when the system was quite different. People wanted to save bag space so to make them less attractive they make one check mark instead of slots for each piece like armor? It makes no sense, and really didn’t save them much time… Just seems lazy and like a way to annoy people.
There’s a reason most players wear their armor instead of outfits… they can control individual parts for more customization. Outfits need to go back to the way they were or the interface needs to be edited so you can turn parts on or off.
Well then I suppose we need a lesser but still fabulous speedo for heroes like us. They’d make tons of money and we’d make tons of funny. More speedos please.
kitten ed necromancers.
Seriously.
No really.
It’s obvious.
You like money right?

It’s the stupid global display names and the fact that they give account thieves our emails. Someone was trying to steal my account as well early on and I believe even logged in one day(I got an email) so I changed my password entirely to something extremely long and it all stopped.
This is on NCSoft and their global system. Anyone can add you to friends without confirmation which means anyone can get nearly all of your account information(including character names and levels).
There is no reason why someone who adds you to friends should see more than just that one character and to be honest there should be a confirmation prompt so we know who exactly is adding us to friends. What if I don’t want someone I don’t even know monitoring me?
I hope you get your account back.
Edit: By the way the person trying to brute force my account(or just plain use a ton of passwords) was from Europe, not Asia. Everyone thinks it’s gold farmers but I’m really not so sure.
