Wolves of Valor is a small guild that resides on Tarnished Coast. We have 5+ active members and currently have all trees upgraded to level 4. We are working to build up our influence to continue building all our trees in order to access the Guild Missions. I know there are many small guilds out there that also want to experience this content. Authenticator Questions/Concerns [merged]

I set up the google authenticator and everything worked just fine. Every time I tried to log in, I was asked for my 6-digit code (regardless of the location I was logging in from). I changed devices (iPad to iPhone), had to disable my authenticator via my account page, and then re-enable the authenticator in order to get a new code to input into my iPhone so I can use that device instead of the iPad. Since changing the device I use to authenticate, I have not been asked for my 6-digit code when logging into the game. This is very disturbing, as when I check my account settings (via this website) I am told that mobile authentication is turned on.

I would really appreciate having to enter my 6-digit code every time I log into the game.

I am having the same issue. I have tried to buy gems since launch. My husband has successfully bought gems, but none of my cards seem to be working. I am getting the “Account Failed, Contact Support” response. I submitted a ticket in game and haven’t heard anything in response. Periodically, I attempt to purchase gems, but to no avail. My husband has even tried to purchase gems on my account with his card, but alas, that did not work either.

The ONLY difference between our accounts is this: He was forced to authenticate his account, through his email, at log-in the day they put in that feature and I have NEVER once been asked to authenticate my account when logging in. I even requested to be forced to authenticate, but again…no response.

It’s getting to the point where I am likely to choose to not give them any more of my money. Their loss….

Lifetime Survivor??? (Not Monthly Achieve)

So, I have been watching my survivor experience since launch. At one point I was earning experience toward the lifetime survivor achievement and had made progress on that bar. Lately when I look at it I am at 0xp towards the achievement. I have earned the monthly experience achievement, but am not sure what’s going on with the lifetime one. Is it a one-time only deal, so when you die, it’s over, like GW used to be? Or does it reset, as they changed GW to do? Is anyone else having this problem? Anyone out there that can give some advice or confirm that the achieve is broken?
