I’ve been trying for a bit after the patch but I can’t reproduce the fumble/endurance loss on skills that lock your movement (Whirlwind Attack/Earthshaker/Leap of Faith etc] anymore. Possible it’s just server lag from the new patch making it harder to reproduce, but I’m crossing my fingers!

Warrior: Axe 2# Cyclone Axe, Axe 5# Whirling Axe, Hammer 4# Staggering Blow, Mace 2# Counterblow(end of the block)
Guardian: Greatsword 2# Whirling Wrath(Needs good timing to reproduce. Have to dodge right at the end of the skill itself, not the cast bar)
Thief: Elite: Dagger Storm, Sword+Pistol 3# Pistol Whip(bit special, see below)
Ranger: Greatsword 1# Power Stab(last attack in the chain)

The above still have the fumble/endurance loss however, reproducible by spamming dodge right as the skill finishes.

Edit: Dagger Storm, the Thief elite has the bug too, perhaps it has something to do with skills that affect your animations in a certain way ?

Edit2: Sword+Pistol 3# Pistol Whip has some interesting interactions with what I’m assuming is this bug. Dodging right as the first part of the skill completes(the stun), but before the second starts(sword swinging), gives you 0 cost dodges for a few seconds. Guessed it had some interaction with the Feline Grace minor trait at first, but was able to reproduce the free dodges without it.

Edit 3: Adding some skills to the list.

Just encountered a bug after the 29/10th patch in the Volcanic Fractal. The Champion Grawl Shaman that you first see run by as you start the instance, and fight just a little bit later, refused to move. He was just rooted to the spot where the starting cinematic shows him sacrifice a few humans along with his buddies. After clearing the first mobs and moving on to actually fight the shaman, he did not grace us with his presence atop his throne, instead opting to stay at the start of the fractal. He still got his shield as usual, but having to run all the way to the top with the rocks was quite the annoyance.

I don’t know why this happened, so I’ll just share as many details as I can.
Fractal 38
Progress: Swamp->Dredge->Volcanic
Party: Ele, War, Mes, Ranger, Guard

Dodge has no cooldown at the end of certain skills, will consume your entire endurance bar for one dodge or far worse, consume the whole bar and then bug out the dodge when one of the endurance checks fail, giving you no evade frames.

Easiest way to replicate the bug is to hop on a warrior with a greatsword, do the 3’rd ability Whirlwind Attack, hold down any direction key before it ends and spam dodge.

Whirlwind Attack is an easy way to replicate the bug because it locks you for the whole animation letting you hit the bug window almost everytime. Other skills that do not lock you also have this bug however, like Cyclone Axe, the warriors 2’nd skill on the mainhand axe also has the window right at the end of the skill if you time (or accidentally hit) your dodge right before the cast bar finishes.

Asura, female, elementalist.
The light Asura cultural Tier 3 set (savant) has a “bug” with the coat of the set. Equipping it will hide your shoulder armor. While this is a feature on some armors, it also hides the T3 savant shoulders of the same set.
Note that this was “fixed” a few patches ago by making the chest automatically include the shoulders, but merely lasted a short while before being returned to the current state
