Thieves would need to be completely rebuilt if they couldn’t stealth in combat.
Game developers could just shorten the time thief players can stealth, but nooo they did something completely opposite! lol
Broken stealth sounds more likely than the other assumptions, but the OP was doing AOE too on the dead players. Not sure!
Also, don’t confuse theory with an guess. A theory is an assumption that has strong scientific evidence for and passed many experimental tests. :)
Summary: A NPC Commander leads a small team and raids a objective, usually a tower or camp. He begins with ordering players to capture territory then commands players to build siege weapons at specific locations.
I recorded this because I found it interesting and may give other players a idea of how this works.
Outmanned+20% Magic Find
+33% Experience
+33% Karma
Since there is a outmanned buff, why not create a debuff for the opposing side?
For example:
Reckless+20% Damage
-33% Defense
-33% Health
Although the larger opposing side receives debuffs, they may also benefit from more damage.
This would be similar to that of a tax on servers with a larger population. While this may discourage certain players from playing world v. world, it may naturally push the population of larger servers to other ones if they dislike being squishy.
However, this suggestion will probably need more advice and help.
