[Incident: 130527-000403]

Received an e-mail from A-net saying they had rolled my account back to the 25th of May, and stated that all my belongings would be there, but I logged on and checked and nothing’s change, still naked, sad characters. Presumably, it was rolled back to a point after I was hacked

It’s been about a week since I got hacked, and I feel like I’ve made little to no progress… I appreciate the time and effort it takes to do these kinds of things, but I’m really starting to get stressed about this. I love this game, and I don’t want to contemplate quitting over this.

Recently, I JUST got my hacked account back ([Incident: 130527-000403]?), and I’m not too sure on how to request an account rollback.

So if you could please take the time to read this and help me, it would be much appreciated.
