Guild Wars 2

I have similar bug as many other people with HoT story.
Stuck with one character in prologue: rally to maguuma. After game stopped responding just before final cutscene, I had to stop the game and restart.
Now it’s not possible to continue with “Check in with Canach and Taimi” and “Gather at the rally point…”.
Restarting story does not solve the problem.
I can finish story with other characters but not with the one which is stuck.

I had the same problem on personal quest “Forewarned is Forearmed” in Lion’s Arch. Reward ring with missing upgrades.
