Guild Wars 2

Yes me and my partner only bought the game 3 weeks ago and we have been getting kicked out roughly after 10 minutes of playtime, so much so that it is unplayable, Use a MAc and a PC to play. I m currently going through the system but i currently have little faith in it actually working.

Both my partner and i have been experiencing issues with lag with Guild Wars 2.

My computer is above spec and our broadband is well able to perform considering i have played WOW online for a decent period of time, my partner plays online via PS3 and Pc on a regular basis. My Download speed stands at 20mbps and upload is 4 mbps and ping is low at 13ms.

I noticed that Lag and dropping was a consistant issue experienced by many players that play GW2.

I have filed a support ticket but i am requested to jump through hoops to get the game working. , I was just wondering if this lag is persistant, can we both request refunds as the game is near unplayable.

Also is there anyone that has had bad lag issues recently that have been solved by tech support
