Adding my kudos for the communication update. Things happen – and when the community is empowered with information, we can easily deal with it. When something goes awry and we get treated like mushrooms (kept in the dark and fed fertilizer), then we’re more likely to get miffed. Big change from the past! No worries.

You need to run with TDMS guild… Tangled Depths Meta Squad. We’re only a week old, but we’ve beaten the meta 8 times and we have over 200 members. We post in LFG tool to taxi the map 1 hour before each meta event.

I don’t think it is broken, it is just difficult as it takes a lot of coordination and explanation. When triple trouble (evolved jungle wurm) was new, TTS had to run it several times to get it right. Now, TTS and EVOS are the go to guilds for triple trouble. For Chak Gerent, TDMS is the go to guild.

Also, using cc or not is really up to lane commanders depending on their team. Most of us in TDMS choose not to use cc, because Gerent often rages and drops more pools of liquid death if you do; however, if you use cc and break the bar it also stuns him long enough for good burns. So, it depends on how well your squad knows each lane.

Scaling is a bit out of control on the lanes though, so that should be looked at by ANet. You don’t want more than 16-18 for Nuhoch. Scar can take more, but only if you have mean ranged DPS. Anyway, run with TDMS if you want to win this event.

So, common sense has left the infrastructure team. What on earth were they thinking about running maintenance during prime-time gaming hours? Not to mention that a lot of people are off this week, and they should have anticipated higher use. Um… blackout periods? So much FAIL!

Ridiculous amount of crashes has grown x3 since last patch. You’ve made a bad problem even worse! Before HoT, I would never crash – ever. Since HoT, there were a few… new release, okay I get that bugs need to be worked out. However, with every new “fix” the problem is worsening.

It’s awesome when you spend 30 minutes in Dragon Stand, crash, and then can’t get back because the map is full. That has happened so many times that it’s not worth playing GW2. ANet’s QA team has always been subpar. If they don’t put some focus on this right away, I guess it’s time for the player community to find another platform.

This non-sense about the 8000 gem purchase is confirmed. Maybe it is a new rate limit or max over time; however, I haven’t purchased 8000 gems for a couple months so not sure there. In any event, if you drop down to 4000, you can purchase. I purchased multiple 4000 and then ran into the same error. Ridiculous.

I have the same problem. Deleted the card and tried with same results over the past three days. It is definitely a problem with Anet’s system.
