I agree with almost everything Kishlin just said exept for legendaries.

To me, it doesn’t really change anything. Base of a record are tactics, nothing else. And if I remember good (maybe I’m wrong, haven’t play for a while), runs presented to the community with same tactics than the previous records, but just a little bit faster (I mean seconds) because of more DPS on bosses have not been approved. When ascended stuff appeared, we didn’t create a debate concerning equality problems between people playing with full ascended stuff and people still playing with exotic stuff, to me it’s basically the same thing.

DPS is a thing, but tactics are more than that.
