How much of a delay should I expect for a non-“high priority” ticket? I’m already at a week without playing and 5 days without a real reply.
The last serial code issue reported resolved was waiting 8 days

Thanks for the info. Hopefully we catch a break. It is pretty lame but I know the moment I get back to playing I will be really happy and forget it. Until then I am going crazy
I’m in the same boat here. I created an account for my preorder through gamestop, cancelled, and went through ANet instead. I registered it with the same account info and linked it to my GW account. So what I get for being loyal to them…. second account created with the wrong email address and now my 40 guardian is stuck in limbo until the CS get around to me. I don’t like the sound of my issue being low-priority and my support forum thread being ignored. My friends are quickly outleveling me and I can’t queue up any guild upgrades. This is pretty disheartening.
Yeah I am waiting for my serial code to be moved as well. 5 days without a reply and 7 days without being able to play

taps fingers by tomorrow I will have been waiting to play the game longer than I have been able to play it.
Too bad this is so hard to get done with such avid and supportive playerbase. I found the perfect game for me…. I just can’t play it >.>

Anyone know how long it takes to get a reply? This is by far the most enjoyable game I have played and it is agonizing not to be able to experience it with my friends and family. I’d love to get a reply or at least someone to check out my ticket. I am coming up on 6 days without a reply … nearly half the time this game has been out I have been waiting for help.
I pre ordered from gamestop created the account and played with it til I thought “why am I giving them my money when I can give it to ANet?” so I got a refund and purchased it online. When It prompted me for my info I put my GW account in and put the email of the first account in as the log-in email/mailing address. It was successful. I played on it til the 31st to when it said I am not allowed to play. Scoured my emails and found out that instead of having the email I entered it chose to use my GW account.
All I am asking is for a) transfer the key to the account I wanted to make and played on or b) a refund so I can buy another key to register on that account.
I know it is more or less an error on my part for not diligently reading all the emails I got but I am really hoping to get my character back.
So during account creation I chose an email of a preexisting account to try to update it. It gave me no error message so I assumed everything was okay. I ended up making my character and putting a lot of time and spending some RL money on it just to find out the account was not updated because I linked it to my GW account so it gave it the same email for log in. I made a whole new email just so for this game but it overrode it because it linked to my GW account. So I haven’t been able to play since the 31st and it is killing me because since I didn’t get hacked I have low priority. I love this game and have been getting all my friends to buy it…. but this is really disheartening.
So I made a ticket when I figured out what was going on I have sent in a couple others because of a lack of response but here is the original I have updated a few times 120902-011769
