I like my current dye composition, ofcourse it’s limited due to my dyes unlocked, but I like how it looks already. The OP’s link only shows it with a poor choice of dye

I have no issues with this armour, you probably just need to find the right dye. Besides; there’s plenty of other armour sets to transmute with

I beg to differ to the above;

You get double items off a single swing. You don’t get extra swings. Wood and herb-gathering work the same way. The wood displays a bit differently, with the extra piece showing up on the right hand side as a distinct item. In mining, for some reason, it displays as a x2 next to the item instead. I’ve gotten tons of x2 hits on ore nodes.

I managed to get 7 hits on a rare platinum node; instead of the usual 3 +1ore. So it is in my belief that I took advantage of the bonus. Either that or it works in a different way, but definitely not dual ore per node; I only find that with Iron

I’m currently on a campus network and am unable to connect normally to GW2. I use hotspot shield for other games such as HoN, WoW etc; but when connecting to Guild Wars 2, I can play from 1 second to 3 minutes before I get disconnected from the game. Is there another solution (i.e. not hotspot shield) or is there a specific reason Hotspotshield isn’t working (and if so is there any plans to change that)

TLDR:
Looking for a way to connect to GW2 from campus
Hotspot shield doesn’t work
Any alternative ways to make GW2 work

Just to clarify, i’m interested if there’s a workaround about the Hotspot shield disconnecting issue; as i have the same problems. I can connect to the game; have no lag at all, then a minute later it just disconnects. Not just a random issue; as I tried at least 10 times at different times of day.

I would like to bump this post or if someone has already replied to the same issue, could you please say?

Teulux I can just click the ‘sell junk’ whenever I see a vender and voilà, no more junk in my inventory; I agree that the oiled bag is functionally obselete

Would like to add, in the Charr 1-15 area, up the hill from the ascalon catacombs, there’s an event that happens every 15 minutes or so, where harpies attempt to steal supplies. I farmed that for 2 hours and got over 50 vials of blood
