Hi,

If you try to access https://heartofthorns.guildwars2.com from the UK, your site tries to browse to https://heartofthorns.guildwars2.com/en-gb

Unfortunately this throws up an infinite redirect loop resulting in

https://heartofthorns.guildwars2.com/undefined/undefined/undefined/undefined/undefined/undefined/undefined/undefined/undefined/undefined/undefined/undefined/undefined/undefined/undefined/undefined/undefined/undefined/undefined/undefined/undefined/undefined/undefined/undefined/undefined/undefined/undefined/undefined/undefined/undefined/undefined/undefined/undefined/undefined/undefined/undefined/undefined/undefined/undefined/undefined/en-gb

If you use a proxy to browse via the US or navigate directly to https://heartofthorns.guildwars2.com/en then it works just fine

If you have spoken to the chef at some point before you retrieve and try to use the letter, try getting a bowl of Bloodstone Broth and giving it to Grawnk. I tried this on the suggestion of a guild-mate and it worked.

Perhaps speaking to the chef beforehand broke the quest item somehow.

Just a little tip for those who don’t already know… If there’s a large group of people, clicking on someone in specific to be able to join squad can be tricky. Even then, sometimes the join squad button doesn’t work.

To be sure of joining the squad, use the console command, /sqjoin <commander name>
