Yesterday, I was kicked out of the game when I was playing. And then I can not log in to the game. I thought i was “hacked” and so i logged gw2 website and changed my password. But then I figured out from reddit and twitter that some people have the same problem, so i went to rest.
This morning after i log into my character, I found I lost my “Berserker’s Pearl Needle” which is an exotic short bow I bought day ago from TP.I can still see it from the history. And I also found that i definitely finished Divitintyies Reach map yesterday, and took the completion award. Today, the map is not completed, and my awards are gone.
Did Arenanet rollback the game, how could they just take away my items without even notice me!!!!

the bow i have in my inventory is a longbow which has the same appearance as my berserkers short bow..
