Hi! I’m new to GW2 having recently migrated over from Lord of the rings online.
The best thing I have seen yet in a mmo is the .abc file music system that Lotro incorporated into their game. It bolsters the community and gives a really nice addition to the role-play community in my opinion. I think it could do the same here.
In short, the system allows players to create .abc files from midis or by hand and then perform them in-game on instruments you can buy in-game. The game reads the files from within the documents folder allowing players to perform the songs. You can even group up and play full band pieces.
I would love to hear if there are any others out there that agree and would love to see something like that evolve here in GW2.
