I suggest a comprehensive refactoring of gameplay mechanics to stop the power creep and do a complete rebalance.
Too many randomly spammed conditions, too many random boons, too many random cc and micro cc. The game needs more order and less chaos.
I suggest to remove the weapon skill bar completely, and have a single skill bar as in gw1, with weapons skills chosen by the player based on equipped weapon. This will allow all weapons to be in the meta.

Same, i got a dc for internet problem, then i return back asap and my team( 3+1+1) won vs a full team premade ( in ruby), i lose a pip and i get dishonored.
