Hello, I solve this such a problem that my cousin told me the bill because he does not play. So here at Teach half year played, farm over 500 Golds and made a good figure. Not to mention that account is Eternity. Just.. perfect account!
Recently hack my account, changed me from him email and password. I write ticket, and anet wrote me that I am not the owner of the account, even though it’s my family, and according to the rules go ov EU allowed to have one account that can connect to someone else in the family.
So I hacked and Anet wrote to me that I just can not account no matter what happens. A cousin I do not remember exactly account information to write the ticket.
So the account is lost, Anet has earned, I’m kittened off and everyone but me is happy.
Account’ll never get that?

OMG HOW I RESET PASSWORD WHEN ANYONE CHANGE EMAIL FOR MY ACC AND NO MAIL FOR RESET PASSWORD DO NOT COME!

My acc is hacked, anyone change my email for the acc, password. And support robot only write me Reset password. Absolutely ignore me and ym BIG problem.
How i reset and change password when anyone change email on my gw account and no email does not come to me?!!!.. Logic
