There’s a bug with the redirect to en.support that affects some of us. Use the ‘Support’ link on any other Guild Wars 2 site page (‘Game’, ‘Media’, ‘Community’, etc., just not the forums). It won’t use the ‘en.’ part, and won’t trigger the false-positive.

Support has to change your email. Make a ticket and tell them your new email and they’ll switch it over. To contact them use the links at the top of this page. Support then Submit a Request. You’ll need to give enough information to prove your the account owner.
