Hi so recently i just got to the 4 tier of the legendary crafting in tyria masteries. The last tier (tier 4) lets you build the new HOT legendarys… however to start crafting these legendarys you need to buy the Volume 1 from the legendary crafting guide person. But they forgot to add the volume 1. I know it was a mistake as they added the following volumes (volume 2 , 3 and 4) but they didnt add the volume 1’s
