Can I get some kind of acknowledgement that this is actually going to be fixed and that the fact that it’s now marked “Access Restored” won’t get in the way?

Essentially I have two accounts, this one which was created in error, and the hacked account. Now I have the login information for both of them, but I apparently have the ability to play the game with the wrong one.

Ok, I’ve gotten the account back, but the account that was restored no longer has access to the game…
I’ve reopened the ticket and now I just need someone to actually address it correctly this time.

My account was hacked 12 days ago and I still haven’t had it restored. Lost my account on 8/30, got an unhelpful response on 9/1, had the ticket escalated on 9/5, and haven’t heard anything since then.
Edit: I forgot to mention that I haven’t received one of the e-mails for issues outstanding for more than 5 days. I’ve checked spam/junk etc. and I haven’t gotten anything.

The ticket was escalated on 9/5 but this still makes it 11 days since I lost access to my account and 5 days since it was escalated without hearing anything back. Can I please get an ETA at the very least?
I submitted my original ticket, 120830-008691, on August 30th, and it was escalated on September 5th. While I did appreciate that someone actually looked at my ticket finally on the 5th, it’s been 9 days since I lost access to my account, and 3 days since escalation. Is there any way to get an ETA on when this will be fixed?
My account was hacked on August 30th, the initial response to my ticket was incorrect and I still haven’t been able to access my account. I have since created two additional tickets to try to get it re-prioritized and I still haven’t gotten anything other than an automated response since the first incorrect response.
