I am currently having this same issue. The launcher just disappears after you are clicking “play” correct?
It doesn’t even show up in my Task Manager after I hit it. The launcher just closes.
Well NPC’s in general are good. I really should have specified my title because it sounds different then what I am really trying to portray and that’s that NPCs in dungeons need help.
Dungeon NPCs are bad, do not follow, attack anything, go out of their way to attack things, and bug out a lot. Worrrkkk oonnn ittttttt.
This concise and un-detailed post will most likely be ridiculed by the community but it’s true.
So I have recently fell upon an idea.
Boss fights are incredibly fun and spectacular events, but they become much too routine. You always teleport in to the fight you want and follow the same routine each time. Why not make these fights interactive as well?
What I had in mind is the same boss each time, but to have a different type of fight each time. Possibly you could have it randomly choose the version of the boss fight each time its timer dings.
I just felt like this would be good and would really contribute to the games definition of interactive world.
