No no, it should be labelled “Thief is OP.”

A lvl 1 thief with the white starting dagger can hit for 1k, could you do that on a mesmer? a warrior ?

a lvl 80 with a balanced build will find it hard to hit for 1k+ ( i said balanced build morons, look it up … yeah I had to repeat myself because I am well aware of the general IQ of this game’s population )

How much does a lvl 80 thief hit for ? Surely anything below 4k is shameful by thief standards right ? “Oh but they’re glass cannon builds” yeah warriors used to have that luxury of glass cannon and greatswords, but Arena Net nerfed them into the dust. Not the thief though, oh no, you don’t mess with thief class unless you wanna get banned, or have your posts in the forums deleted like Arena net has / does.

Wake up guys, the Arena net staff doesn’t care what we have to say, you’d probably have more success convincing Blizzard to fix Diablo 3.

Ascended gear looks nice on paper, but to actually infuse items you need to basically make a semi legendary recipe. I got a ring first time through on lvl 10, only to realize it was trash due to the fact that I may as well pursue a legendary rather than waste the materials on an infusion. That and I don’t like to visit maps full of botting scum for passionfruits.

As for the arguement about the stat increase, it’s only like 2 or 3 points per attribute OMFG! game breaking right ? " That guy has 3 more power than I do, there’s no way I can kill him, he’ll just one hit me "
Ascended gear is the same as GW1, it’s there for agony resistance which allows further progression in an area, which isn’t necessary to do at all.

Sorry I can’t take the word of a person calling themselves John Smith, do you sell insurance to old people on the weekends ?

Legendaries technically aren’t impossible to make, you just need around 500 gold to BUY all the materials. The devs saw fit in their " infinite wisdom" to create an algorithm that reduces drop chance per kill, making magic find a scam, and in part making hacking the only real way to " farm " these extremely rare materials ( silver doubloons for example ).

And John ( or whatever the hell your real name is ), if you’re reading this, you got a lot more pressing issues than " oooh legendaries are too hard for me to make " when the karka map ( i forget the darn name ) is full of bots 24/7 and people are selling extremely rare drops such as lodestones and silver doubloons in their thousands on the trading post. And don’t even get me started on PvP / WvW.

All I can say is fix the darn silver doubloons. You can craft gold doubloons but not silver ?
Furthermore, long time players will have multiple characters at 80 etc but have only ever found 3 or 4 silver doubloons. Tried farming for them but magic find is a lie.
(4 hours with gear, food, and buffs and not even a single rare. After, I put my normal gears on with no buffs or food , ran a fractal and got 5 rares, 3 exotics and a pink ring from the end chest. I beg of you, never ever buy magic find crap ever again and don’t make my same mistake. )

Lodestones are the same, since they put in the anti botting algorithm, there’s no legit way to get these items in those kinds of quantities.
Yeah yeah, insert your " I farmed for 30 minutes and got 10 " statement, good for you, now bugger off back to whatever hole you crawled out of. If you really did get that many doubloons in 30 minutes you were hacking, plain and simple.

When I see players with legendaries nowadays, ( especially players with juggernauts ) I tell them straight out they’re either market scammers or bots, due to the drop rates of these items . Way to fund the gold sellers Anet, way to go. Really makes me wonder if the player base has any influence in the games’ evolution at all.

This error is crap, absolute crap at that.

Now they want logs from our end ? It’s great they responded fast and all but seriously, it’s on your end, not ours buddy.
Like many here and the countless amount of others who don’t use the forums, gameplay is impossible.
Story quests ? .. pfft forget it, I barely last longer then 3 minutes in game. I went from flawless gameplay to practically none and all without touching my settings or altering any aspect of computer and yet, somehow it’s my end is it ?
Did I change anything on my computer ? HELL NO, it was fine until you devs screwed it up on your end, why should I change settings and risk ruining what was a perfectly fine setup?
You want logs so you can pinpoint your mistakes ?
I thought game developers were capable of error checking last I heard.

Long post short, Devs screw up and we get to do their job for them.

PS. Kinda funny really, it’s like the D3 release all over again, now to find a youtube video of a fat guy screaming “Error 7 !! How many friggen errors did you need to count up to!?” and my day will be complete.
