Same here lost a level half map completion and items, i mean seriously wth.
And no info from Support about this, not even a post on the forums, is support so bad in this game that we cant even get a hey we are aware of this and appologise, i mean i know we dont pay monthly but i would rather pay then not get any support at all,
Hell i have had a ticket in for 2 weeks now with the only 2 replys being more info , then telling me thx for the bug report . wasnt i bug report i lost $40 on the gem crap.
yes i was and wasnt in overflow server also i am the guild master.
i have sent in 3 tickets now over a week , i still have not recived any more info about y problem all i get is a more info needed, i reply with the info requested then never hear anything back, this is my last attempt at this game, I bought gems with my CC. i sold gems for gold, i spent gold on my guild drinks to raise influence, i never recived anything at all no influence was raised nothing but it took my gold, Name of guild was DarkRaven Amount of Influence Lost 1,300 . ammount of gems lost 1400 i believe.

Drink for the city and drink for the house. i did not recive the influce nothing at all. i used money to buy gems and sold the gems to get these now im out money and no influence, any help would be appreciated
