You have to complete the chapter before you can do achievements on it, though you don’t have to beat the entire season 2 story line to start them.

I just wanted to chime in here and say I’m getting this too, it’s not just one person seeing this error and my computer has great specs so I know it can’t be on my end. I was in this zone recently prior to the updates and did not see this like this a few days ago. It only appears to be near the jumping puzzle, my game looked normal in all surrounding areas.

Everyone here has already talked about dodging but I will make a different suggestion for you in addition to that good advice. Every class physically has a VERY different feel in combat. I too first started as a thief and struggled with it, I was dying constantly! I had a much easier time trying out other professions and then returning to a thief type. The thing is that Thief is one of the weakest when taking hits and demands the perfect timing not just on dodges but also with initiative.

If you like the idea of using daggers and up close combat you can try a dagger elementalist or dagger necromancer, of the two necromancer has much more survivability but puts out less damage than an elementalist. Or you could go the route of a warrior if you want something more tanky. Guardian is extremely good at survival.

I don’t understand all the hate for him, though I’m still going through the story but I thought he was really interesting when he was introduced. I disagree he has a lack of personality. He’s just not the type that you would often see thrown into the important role of a giant war, but that’s what I found more interesting than some beefed out battle master.

I would love to see cloaks as a back skin but I doubt we’ll get them due to clipping issues.

I have the opposite problem: I want the SMS and have not gotten any prompts to do it. I know it’s coming out in waves. Where does the prompt appear? At login? On the launcher? In game?

Can I preemptively sign up for it via the account page without waiting for the prompt?

Yes, go to services > my account > security and then there should be a link to starting the process in the center of the page. It’s the 2 step verification thing.

I find it silly that you can modify the human female’s cheek width but you can’t do this on the male human. What gives with that?

I’d love more options in the expansion too, but I’d expect all newer options to be accessed via the makeover kit. Which I’m okay with that, it seems fair. I’d love to see more variety with some of the unnatural hair colors, I’d love to see a dark deep purple.

As a female, it really gets old to me after a while how in most games the female armors look like sex suits, I’m really glad that in this game I can take my female character a lot more seriously because she looks more suited for battle. I don’t mind if some outfits show a bit of skin here and there, I’m just glad that it’s not all entirely like that. I actually wish that some of the armors for the breastplate was treated like a normal breastplate and not something to exaggerate the breasts at all.

The toon we make for revenant, will it be deleted before the expansion comes out? I just want to know if I would have to go through character creation process all over again or not.
